The STEM & Sustainability Education Project

Call for Facilitators.

The STEM & Sustainability Education Project is a transformative initiative designed to equip secondary school students across the Niger-Delta region with essential 21st-century skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), alongside environmental sustainability education. The project targets 9,000 students across 45 schools in 9 states of the Niger-Delta. The project emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking—not just technical skills—to lay a foundation for lifelong learning.

This initiative is funded by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), coordinated by Obudu Capital, with technical and on-ground implementation led by EarlyFounders Labs.

Facilitators will comprise of Educators with skills and experience in STEM or Innovative Teaching, able to facilitate interactive learning and guide students on the acquisition of 21st century skills. Selected facilitators will be required to undergo a Training of Trainers Program, before being assigned to a selected school in one of the nine states of the Niger Delta.

This is an invitation to apply to be one of the facilitators in the project. Project timeline is June 2025. If you meet the facilitator requirements, you’re welcome to apply to become one of the facilitators for the project.
